Louisberg Fort

Little Frog let us borrow his car and John drove Katie and I to Louisberg, south of Sydney by about half an hour to a fort. We had a lot of fun exploring the fort, there was a small town with some houses open and people inside. During the summer every house is open, but only about 15 were open. We ate lunch there at a traditional restaurant from the era with slightly rye flavored bread and mussels. On the way back we stopped at a lighthouse where there were ruins of three previous houses destroyed by fire. The drive was really beautiful, some of the trees were starting to change colour, Nova Scotia is a great place.
