Day off and sail repair

There are a few ports that we go to that there is not much to do and it’s a great chance to catch up on sleep and get things organized. Jesse, Katie and I walked around, went to a little museum about natural history and history of Green Bay. Had Thai food for lunch and ended up back at the boat to do more nothing.

At the end of the night I had something to do though. This morning a guy came by looking for a sail maker and ended up talking to Darren who referred him to me. He had some yacht called Roxy and her jib had a tear in it so I told him I’d fix it. It really wasn’t that bad, to us she could have lived with that tear because her sail was dual sided, but I was happy to do it.
