Goodbye land, hello sea

Had work party this morning A watch did a deck wash and then sea stowed. We also worked on making the lifelines and stanchions easier for us to pull up when we do MOB drills. Got some more painting done and threw out a lot of trash. We were stood down at noon and given $10 from crew fund, Brooke, Amy, Katie, Grant and I went to get ice cream. Our last few hours on shore till we spend about three weeks at sea. We are going to sail up to Maine, around Nova Scotia and through the St. Lawrence Seaway. We are suppose to be in Rochester, New York on June 24^th.
