This morning when I woke up I found three large bags of tuna in my refrigerator, two of tuna steaks and another of scraps perfect for sashimi. I had planed on doing fried rice for lunch so the tuna worked perfectly, everyone got a large tuna steak that I quickly seared on each side, it was an amazing lunch. I feel really good about my cooking these days, finding a good schedule and a rhythm to the motion of the boat.
